1. This prize draw is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) and France aged 18 years or over.

2. Employees and their families of the Constellation Europe Group and Tesco plc, their families and agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. To enter, visit the prize draw website and submit your contact details. Alternatively complete the entry form available at Tesco Vin Plus, Cite Europe, 122 Boulevard Du Kent, BP 15, 62 903, Coquelle, France during your visit to the store and submit your entry in the box provided in store.

4. No purchase is necessary.

5. The closing date for receipt of all entries is 23 October 2009. Incomplete, illegible, late applications and those not in accordance with the application instructions will not be accepted. The Promoter cannot accept liability for applications lost, damaged or delayed.

6. Only one entry per person is allowed and any additional entries will not be considered or responded to at all.

7. There is one winning prize that consists of a case of six 75 cl bottles of each of Nottage Hill Chardonnay, Nottage Hill Pinot Noir, Hardys Stamp Semillon Chardonnay, Hardys Stamp Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon, Banrock Station Mataro Shiraz, Nobilo Sauvignon blanc, Echo Falls Merlot, Echo Falls Pinot Grigio, Echo Falls White Zinfandel, Robert Mondavi Woodbridge Shiraz, Mondavi Woodbridge Chardonnay, Kumala Colombard Chardonnay, Kumala Pinotage Shiraz, Fish Hoek Chenin, Fish Hoek Shiraz and Fish Hoek Rosé.

8. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the prize will be free from all disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Promoter shall not be liable for such disruptions failings or cancellations unless they are caused by the Promoter's negligence.

9. The winners will be randomly selected in the presence of an independent adjudicator and notified in writing within 7 days of the closing date and their prize must be claimed by 30 November 2009. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, however if the prize is not claimed by this date, an alternative winner will be selected from all the remaining valid entries received by the closing date.

10. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. No cash alternative will be available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

12. 13. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and to their details being communicated to third parties in relation to this promotion. 14. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
