Fish Hoek Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Accolade Wines Limited, Accolade House, The Guildway, Old Portsmouth Road, Artington, Guildford, Surrey, GU3 1LR.

1. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees and representatives (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its agents, third parties, and anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. To enter the prize draw, eligible participants should text FISHHOEK, followed by their name and date of birth to 82222 e.g. FISHHOEK 01/01/1973. Text messages must follow this format exactly or they will not be entered into the prize draw.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. If participants are in the UK texts will be charged at their provider's standard rate and participants will not be charged for any text messages received from the Promoter. If participants are sending their text message from outside the UK they will be charged for any messages sent / received at their provider's international roaming standard rates.
6. Entries using the correct format will be entered into the prize draw and will receive a reply text message stating: “Thank you for your interest in the Fish Hoek prize draw. You have been entered and the draw will take place on [01.04.2012]. Good luck!”
7. When entering via the text message route, the above text message is the only acceptable proof of entry and participants have not been entered into the prize draw until they are in receipt of this text message. Proof of texting or sending is not proof of receipt of entry.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for messages that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any other reason beyond its control.
9. This promotion begins on January 19th 2012 and the closing date for receipt of all entries is 31st March 2012 at 23:59:59. Incomplete, illegible, late entries and those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. The Promoter cannot accept liability for entries lost, damaged or delayed.
10. If an entry is received after the closing date the following reply text message will be sent: “FreeMsg: Sorry! The Fish Hoek prize draw closed on 31/03/12. Your entry arrived late and cannot be included in the draw.” Please note that entries received after the closing date will still be charged.
11. Only one entry per eligible participant is allowed and any additional entries will not be considered or responded to at all.
12. Prize details: The main prize is an i-Pad 2 [16GB, Wi-Fi, black version only]. There are 10 of these prizes to be won. Each eligible participant can only win one prize.
13. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the prizes will be free from all disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Promoter shall not be liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by the Promoter's negligence.
14. The winner and runners up will be randomly selected under independent supervision and notified by telephone using the mobile number used to enter the prize draw within 7 days of the closing date and their prizes must be claimed by 30th April 2012. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact each winners, however if the prize is not claimed by this date, an alternative winner will be selected from all the remaining valid entries received by the closing date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for being unable to contact a winner due to problems with their mobile or network connection or for any other reasons beyond its control.
15. The Promoter's decision is final regarding all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. No cash alternative will be available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
17. For the prize draw winner names and counties of residence, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope after 1st April 2012 marked Fish Hoek Prize Draw to Accolade Wines Limited, Accolade House, The Guildway, Old Portsmouth Road, Artington, Guildford, Surrey, GU3 1LR.
18. The winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity relating to prize draw and consent to their names, photographs, and entries being used for such purposes by the Promoter. By entering the prize draw participants agree to give the Promoter and its group of companies permission to keep all material and information submitted as part of any entry, on electronic or hard copy databases and filing systems for the purpose of the prize draw and by entering the prize draw participants agree to the Promoter transferring personal data to promotional partners to enable the awarding of prizes and to PhonepayPlus pursuant to the PhonepayPlus code of practice.
19. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and to their details being communicated to third parties in relation to this prize draw. Please retain a copy for your information.
