Banrock Station - Flower Seeds Gift Promotion - Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Accolade Wines Limited, Accolade House, The Guildway, Old Portsmouth Road, Artington, Guildford, Surrey, GU3 1LR.

1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees and representatives (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its agents, third parties, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to apply
3. To apply participants should purchase a promotional bottle of Banrock Station wine from a participating store to which a promotional neck collar is attached and text 66622 with their unique code, name, house number, street name, and postcode to receive a packet of flower seeds. Text messages must follow this format exactly or they will not be registered. If participants are in the UK texts are charged at standard network rates but may not be included in a prepaid text package. Participants shall not be charged for any text messages received from the Promoter. If participants send their text message from outside the UK they will be charged for any messages sent/received at their mobile network providers international roaming rates.
4. Applications using the correct format shall be acknowledged by text message to the mobile number used to apply for this promotion, such notification will also confirm to the participant that their gift of a packet of seeds shall be sent to them.
5. If a participant does not receive their gift of a packet of seeds within 28 days, please email europe@cwines.eu.com.
6. This promotion begins on June 1st 2011 and the closing date for receipt of all applications is 31st December 2011. Incomplete, illegible, late applications and those not in accordance with the application instructions will not be accepted. The Promoter cannot accept liability for applications lost, damaged or delayed.
7. One application per unique code and a maximum of ten applications per household.
8. Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
   a) any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions;
   b) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
   c) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
   d) any injury or damage to participants upon taking up their gift; or
   e) system failures on the website, mobile or at any of the Promoter's promotional third party partners.
9. Proof of application cannot be accepted as proof of receipt.
10. The Promoter will not be responsible for codes damaged or defaced in the way the neck collar is opened. If you cannot read your code due to a genuine printing error, please return the neck collar to the Promoter at Accolade Wines Limited, Accolade House, The Guildway, Old Portsmouth Road, Artington, Guildford, Surrey, GU3 1LR. Please include your name, email and full address details and a replacement code will be sent to you.
11. No cash alternative will be available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equal or greater value.
12. By applying for this Promotion you agree to give the Promoter and its group of companies permission to keep all material and information submitted as part of your application, on electronic or hard copy databases and filing systems for the purpose of the promotion and by applying for the promotion you agree to us transferring your data to our promotional partners to enable the awarding of gifts.
13. Application instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by applying for this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and to their details being communicated to third parties in relation to this promotion.
